Step-by-step guide to booking appointments online.

Booking an appointment is easy. This guide walks you through the process step by step.

Booking Steps

Choose a Service

Browse the available services on the booking page. Each service shows:

  • Service name and description
  • Duration
  • Price
  • Available therapists

Click on a service to select it.

Select a Therapist (Optional)

If multiple therapists offer the service, you can:

  • Choose a specific therapist - If you have a preference
  • Any Available - Get the first available time slot

Pick a Date and Time

The calendar shows available times:

  • Green/available slots are clickable
  • Gray/unavailable times are blocked
  • Use arrows to navigate between days/weeks

Click on your preferred time slot.

Add Extras (If Available)

Some services have optional add-ons:

  • Additional treatments
  • Extended time
  • Special products

Select any extras you want.

Enter Your Information

Provide your contact details:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Phone number
  • Any notes or special requests

If you have an account, log in to autofill.

Payment

Complete your payment:

  • Enter card details
  • Apply gift card (if you have one)
  • Review total
  • Confirm payment

Confirmation

You'll see a confirmation page and receive:

  • Confirmation email
  • Calendar invite
  • Reminder notifications (before appointment)

Service Categories

Services are organized by category:

  • Massage
  • Facials
  • Body Treatments
  • etc.

Click a category to see available services.

Service Details

Each service listing shows:

Choosing a Time

Availability Calendar

The calendar shows:

  • Available times - Slots you can book
  • Unavailable times - Already booked or outside hours
  • Selected time - Your current selection (highlighted)

Date Navigation

  • Use arrows to move between days/weeks
  • Click a specific date to jump to it
  • Today is highlighted

Time Zones

Times are shown in your local time zone. If traveling, double-check the business location's time zone.

Choosing a Therapist

Specific Therapist

If you prefer someone specific:

  1. Select the therapist's name
  2. Only their available times appear
  3. Book during their schedule

Any Available

If you don't have a preference:

  1. Choose "Any Available"
  2. See all available times
  3. System assigns the therapist

"Any Available" often has more time options since it combines all therapists' schedules.

Special Requests

Adding Notes

During booking, you can add notes:

  • Pressure preferences
  • Areas of focus
  • Health considerations
  • Special requests

Notes are visible to your therapist.

Accessibility Needs

If you have accessibility requirements:

  • Note them in the booking
  • Contact the business directly for specific accommodations

Payment

Accepted Payment Methods

Typically accepted:

  • Credit/debit cards
  • Gift cards
  • Account credit

Gift Card Redemption

To use a gift card:

  1. Enter the gift card code at checkout
  2. Balance is applied to your total
  3. Pay any remaining amount with card

Payment Security

Your payment is secure:

  • Encrypted connection
  • Card processed by Stripe
  • Details never stored unsecurely

After Booking

Confirmation

You'll receive:

  • Confirmation page - Immediately after booking
  • Confirmation email - Within minutes
  • Calendar invite - To add to your calendar

What's in the Confirmation

Your confirmation includes:

  • Appointment details (date, time, service)
  • Business address
  • Contact information
  • Cancellation policy
  • Link to manage booking

Managing Your Booking

Rescheduling

To change your appointment time:

  1. Click the link in your confirmation email
  2. Or log into your account
  3. Select Reschedule
  4. Choose a new time
  5. Confirm the change

Rescheduling may be restricted close to your appointment time per the cancellation policy.

Cancelling

To cancel your appointment:

  1. Click the link in your confirmation email
  2. Or log into your account
  3. Select Cancel
  4. Confirm cancellation

Check the cancellation policy for any fees.

Modifying Details

To change therapist or add services:

  • Some changes can be made online
  • For others, contact the business directly

Reminders

Automatic Reminders

You'll receive reminders:

  • 24 hours before (typically)
  • 2 hours before (typically)

Reminders include:

  • Appointment details
  • Business address
  • Quick links to reschedule/cancel

Managing Notifications

Control your notifications in your account settings if you have an account.

Troubleshooting

No Available Times

If you can't find availability:

  1. Try a different therapist (or "Any Available")
  2. Check nearby dates
  3. Look at different times of day
  4. Contact the business for waitlist

Payment Failed

If payment doesn't process:

  1. Verify card details
  2. Try a different card
  3. Check available credit
  4. Contact your bank if issues persist

Didn't Receive Confirmation

If you don't get a confirmation:

  1. Check spam/junk folder
  2. Verify email address was correct
  3. Log in to your account (if you have one)
  4. Contact the business

Tips for a Great Experience

Before Your Appointment

  • Arrive 5-10 minutes early
  • Note any health changes
